Be a Personal Trainer: W.I.T.S. Fitness

Do you have what it takes?
Personal training certification takes a couple of months. The W.I.T.S personal training program is intense, 60 hours of hard and dedication. But in the end, you’ll have a certificate that will allow you to get a job while you continue to go to school. Actually, W.I.T.S. Fitness is accredited by the American Council on Education, which means you get college credit for our classes. That’s one less class you need to take.

So who would do well in our program? Well for starters, a W.I.T.S. graduate must be sincere and willing to help others become their best. You have to have a passion and desire to help others stay in shape.

You also need to be people friendly. A good attitude when working with clients is necessary. You’ll face resistance and all types of personalities. Your W.I.T.S personal training instructor will give you some tips, but it has to come naturally as well.

Determination- you have to be determined to succeed. Not only do you have to pass our exam, but you will always be tested by your clients and boss. Many times, your client’s motivation will be very low. You need to have enough motivation for the both of you. And your boss may want you to explore other areas of fitness, expecting you to perform at higher levels. You need to work hard and meet your goals to ensure the success of your client as well as your gym.

W.I.T.S. Fitness expects a lot from graduates. If you have what it takes, we’ll give you the tools you need to succeed.
